Real Estate Agents in Massachusetts require any 12 hours of MA Approved electives every 2 years. (There are no core requirements for MA)

Real Estate Agents in New Hampshire requires a special 3 hour NH core class and any 9 hours of NH approved electives. total = 12 hours.
