Services

All samples are taken and analyzed at a Certified Pro-Lab, a report and results are emailed to client upon receiving results from Laboratory. Air Test (Spore Trap)  $395

Includes two air samples, additional air samples $75 each

• Air Samples require at least two samples to be taken, one sample must be taken outside for a controlled comparison and one sample is taken in the area of concern, three samples are recommended for best comparison. ​Service includes two air samples, laboratory report and inspector analysis.

• Air samples are the only way to accurately determine mold spore counts in the air in a house. SFE uses specialized equipment to identify airborne mold spores for analysis. 


​​Direct Swab Testing  $295

Includes one swab, additional swabs $75 each

• Service includes direct swab, laboratory report and inspector analysis. Swab samples are taken on the surface and can be used to identify mold on surfaces such as walls, furniture, floors etc. However, it is not a direct indication of what may be in the air. The swab sample will identity the type of mold at the swap sample location only.
